How to use

Place the gun in its stand, like on a piece of cardboard under the nozzle.
Plug in the power and wait for the heating element to warm up.
Push the glue stick in until the glue starts coming out the nozzle.
Spread the glue on the surface you want to glue.
Make sure the surfaces are clean, dry, and grease-free.
Press the surfaces together and wait about 1-2 minutes for the bond to set.
For big surfaces, go with spot gluing. Foam products like styrofoam can be glued if they have a protective coating. Don't spread glue straight on foam products! When gluing fabric or similar stuff, spread the glue in an 'S' pattern.
