This drywall cutter is a great tool for quickly and accurately cutting large drywall sheets.

The tool has a big 80mm metal frame and a retractable tape measure plus cutting blade. The retractable tape has a guide rail to make cutting easier. Instructions:

Measure the desired distance from the edge of the drywall using the built-in tape, lock the tape, and pull out the cutting blade. Cut along the drywall following the guide rail. You can make marks with the tool. It fits a 5 x 19 mm pencil.
