The strip cutter is a tool for quickly cutting plasterboard.

The strip cutter is used to shorten plasterboard in situations where the board can't be installed full-length in a standard-height space. With the cutter, you can quickly and straightly cut off a strip up to 150 mm from the board, so it fits right into place.
