When installing floor tiles, it is extremely important that the tiles are installed at the same level. Installing tiles evenly can be difficult even for a professional and can take a considerable amount of time. Unevenly installed floor tiles feel uncomfortable when walking on them, and the height differences created by their edges can cause sore toes and look bad in indirect lighting.

The leveling wedges are disposable and are cut off under the tiles after the mortar has dried. Other parts of the package can be reused.

Apply the required amount of fixing mortar to a flat surface using the correct size mortar comb.
Place the Leveling Wedge between two floor tiles so that the base of the wedge is below the tiles and the vertical part is between them. The vertical part automatically creates a joint between the tiles according to the width of the wedge.
Press the tensioning wedge through the leveling wedge so that it rests on both tiles.
Tighten the tensioning wedge against the leveling wedge using the tensioning pliers, so that the edges of the tiles are at the same level.
Repeat the process for the entire floor, so that the entire floor is on the same level and there are no unevenness between the tiles.
When the mortar has dried, remove the tension pieces from the wedges and tap the wedges lightly.
When you hit the wedges, they break neatly along the cutting surfaces of the base piece, after which you can sweep the cut pieces off the floor.
The leveling wedges remain hidden under the joint mortar. The joint mortar is best installed with high-quality joint rubber.
Once the grout has dried, clean any loose grout from the tiles using, for example, a tile cleaning kit.
