The disc is placed in the slot in the device and supported at one end with the other hand. It is important that the disc is as centrally located as possible in the device. The disc tightens against the device arm, allowing it to be lifted into the air by the device handle while supporting the disc with the other hand. This allows you to carry large and wide discs alone.
