Place the mask on your face so the nose clip is on top of your nose and the rubber bands are at the back of your head. Adjust the nose clip to be snug but comfortable. Make sure the mask fits tightly to your face and that air mainly flows through the valve. Warnings Replace the respirator regularly, especially if it feels damp or dirty.
