Tile leveling system 2.0 mm, wedge model

Perfect tile leveling system that includes everything you need to level floor or wall tiles. With the system, you level the tiles to the same plane, so there are no height differences between them. Perfect tool for both DIY enthusiasts and pros who want to get perfect results quickly.

When installing floor tiles, it's super important that the tiles are installed at the same level. Installing tiles evenly can be tough even for pros and take a ton of time. Unevenly installed floor tiles feel unpleasant to walk on, and the height differences at their edges can cause sore toes and look bad in indirect lighting.

Leveling wedges are single-use and you snap them off under the tiles once the mortar dries. Other parts of the package can be reused.
Usage instructions

Spread the required amount of adhesive mortar on a flat surface using the right size trowel.
Place the leveling wedge between two floor tiles so that the foot part goes under the tiles and the upright part between them. The upright part automatically creates a joint between the tiles that's the width of the wedge.
Push the tension wedge through the leveling wedge so that it rests on top of both tiles.
Tighten the tension wedge against the leveling wedge using the pliers, so the tile edges come to the same level.
Repeat the process across the whole floor, so the entire floor is level and there are no uneven spots between the tiles.
Once the mortar is dry, remove the tension parts from the wedges and tap the wedges lightly.
When tapping the wedges, they break neatly along the break lines on the base, after which you can sweep the broken pieces off the floor.
The leveling wedges stay hidden under the grout. Grout goes in best with a good quality grout float.
Once the grout is dry, clean loose grout off the tiles, for example with a tile cleaning kit.
