Norton water stone 1000 / 4000

For pro-level sharpening, you've gotta use different grit sharpening stones. By using water stones, you get the sharpening angles to meet at the same spot, which makes the edges super smooth and sharp.

Norton Waterstone water stones are tools meant for professional use, and they come in a plastic storage case with instructions. The purpose determines the stone's grit.

1000 works great for grinding new, unused knives. The 4000 grit is for making super fine cuts, which you can polish with 8000 grit (buy it separately).

NOTE: Use water when grinding.
