The Yato Digital Soldering and Hot Air Station is a versatile 2-in-1 soldering station that combines soldering and hot air blowing effectively into one device.

The station's soldering iron has 75W power and the hot air blower 750W. The device's dual digital LED display, temperature adjustment, and numerous extra features help you make precise solder joints. The station supports the 908D soldering iron, which is compatible with popular 900M series replaceable soldering tips, as well as a hot air blower with a brushless fan.

The Yato Digital Soldering and Hot Air Station YT-82458 is equipped with ESD-safe technology, which ensures no excess static electricity builds up in the device's housing. This feature is especially important when working with sensitive SMD circuits, as it significantly reduces the risk of damaging these components with static electricity. Temperature Stabilization Function

This function lets you maintain the preset temperature in the soldering tip for different heating needs to achieve a perfect solder joint, since the tip size and the area being soldered affect the amount of heat the tip delivers. With the built-in tip temperature sensor, the device constantly reads its actual value and compares it to the set temperature. As needed, it increases or decreases power consumption to maintain the set temperature.

Sleep Mode Function

The sleep mode function allows the soldering station to go into standby, which automatically lowers the operating temperature to 200°C. This reduces unnecessary heating of the soldering iron, which significantly extends its lifespan. Model YT-82458 automatically enters sleep mode after 10 minutes of user inactivity.

Automatic Cooling Function Combined with Sleep Mode Function

The hot air module's automatic cooling function cools the nozzle to 100°C and then goes into sleep mode. When work is done, the user should place the handle in the plastic holder, which has a built-in sensor activation element. After that, the nozzle cools down and automatically enters sleep mode. Lifting the handle from the holder automatically activates the hot air module to its preset parameters.

Sensor Fault Detection Function

This function enables automatic diagnostics of the device's electronic systems, which is essential for proper operation. The soldering station performs a self-test when the power switch is turned on and displays an error message if problems occur.
