The serrated lower blade of the tin snips grips the material being cut and gives a smoother cut when cutting thin materials. Especially suitable for HVAC use and general industrial use. Thanks to the PROTOUCH handles of the tin snips, using them strains the hand less and improves cutting comfort. Irwin tin snips also have optimal weight distribution, which in turn improves cutting comfort even more. A sturdy drop-resistant lock allows locking the snips with one hand. This saves both time and improves safety. The cutting capacity of the snips is 1.19mm for thin sheet and 0.84 mm for stainless steel.
