Tile leveling system user manual:
1. Preparations before installation

Make sure the installation surface is clean, dry and flat before starting work.
Choose a suitable compound and spread it evenly over the substrate with a notched trowel.

2. Placing the brackets

Place the counter piece of the leveling system clamp between the tile joints so that its bottom foot is between the installation surface and the bottom edge of the tile and the vertical section (where the thread is) is between the edges of the tile.
Make sure the fasteners are aligned and firmly attached to the edge of the tile.
Place the next tile on the other side of the vertical section of the counter piece.
The thickness of the vertical part of the counterpiece automatically determines the seam size of the seam, unless other tile crosses or seam cords are used separately in the work.

3. Use of wedges and tensioning mechanism

Place the tensioner on the thread of the mating piece and tighten it.
The clamp forces all the tiles to the same level.

4. Drying time and removal of fasteners

Allow the compound to dry according to the manufacturer's recommendations before removing the leveling system.
Remove the tensioners by rotating them off the wedges.
Break off the vertical part of the counter pieces by lightly striking them in the opposite direction to the cutting surface, e.g. with a rubber hammer. Be careful not to damage the tiles.

5. Finishing

Finish the tiling with grout according to the manufacturer's instructions.

With this rotating tile leveling system, you ensure that the tiling is even, neat and professional looking.

Warnings:

If used incorrectly, it can cause unevenness in the tile surface. Use the leveling system carefully and check the alignment of the tiles regularly.
Do not overtighten. Tightening too hard can break the fasteners or cause the tiles to move unevenly.
Remove the fasteners at the right time. Removing them too early can cause the tiles to move.
Check compatibility. Only use the system with the tile thickness specified in the product information.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):
1. What is the purpose of a tile leveling system? A tile leveling system ensures that tiles are installed perfectly level without any height differences. It makes alignment easier and minimizes unevenness.
2. How is the rotating leveling system different from the traditional one? The rotating model allows for easy and precise tightening without the need for separate tools. It is faster and more ergonomic to use.
3. Can this system be used for floor and wall tiling? Yes, it is suitable for tiling both floors and walls, as long as the tile thickness is suitable for the system.
4. When should the leveling system clamps and wedges be removed? The clamps and counter pieces are removed when the tile adhesive has dried sufficiently, usually 24 hours after installation. Check the tile adhesive instructions for the exact drying time.
5. Can the leveling system be used more than once? The clamps are reusable, but the counter pieces are disposable because they are cut off when removed.
6. Does the leveling system affect the width of the tile joints? Yes, the system automatically creates a joint size that is at least the width of the counter piece. You can additionally use tile crosses or joint tape to create a larger joint size.
7. What thickness of tiles is this system suitable for? This depends on the model, but in general the rotary leveling system is suitable for tiles between 3 and 12 mm thick. Please check the product information before use.
8. Are special tools required to use the system? No, the rotating mechanism allows for manual tightening without additional tools.
9. Can the leveling system be used outdoors? Yes, but make sure that the tile adhesive and grout are suitable for outdoor use.
