This CE approved FFP2 respirator with valve is designed to provide a high level of protection against solid and liquid particles. The respirators meet the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment Directive 2016/425 and the EN149:2001+A1:2009 standard. Each pack contains ten respirators, equipped with elastic straps to be placed behind the head and a breathing valve, making them comfortable and effective to use.

Applications
FFP2 respirators are recommended for use in situations where protection against particles generated when working with wood, composite materials, putty, plaster and plastic is required. They are also suitable for cutting, grinding and drilling metal, as well as for protection against street dust and pollen.
Instructions
Open the packaging and check that the respirators are intact.
Place the mask on your face so that the nose clip is over your nose and the elastic bands are behind your head.
Adjust the nose clip to a tight but comfortable fit.
Make sure that the mask fits snugly on your face and that air flows mainly through the valve.
Warnings
Replace your respirator regularly, especially if it feels damp or dirty.
Do not use the respirator if it does not fit tightly or if it is damaged.
Store respirators in a dry and clean place, protected from direct sunlight and dust.
Respiratory protection categories:
FFP1, FFP2 and FFP3 (labelled on the packaging and on the mask).
FFP1: 4 x HTP. Protects against solid and liquid particles that are harmful to health, but not toxic particles. Filter efficiency: 80%. Total inward leakage < 22%. Nominal protection: 4.5. Applications: handling of aggregates or cellulose and cleaning.
FFP2: 10 x HTP. Protects against slightly toxic solid and liquid particles. Filter efficiency: 94%. Total inward leakage < 8%. Nominal protection: 12.5 Applications: processing wood, composite materials, putty, plaster and plastic, rust removal and cutting, grinding and drilling of metal, as well as protection against street dust and pollen.
FFP3: 50 x HTP. Protects against toxic solid and liquid particles. Filter efficiency: 99%. Total inward leakage < 2%. Nominal protection: 50 Applications: Sanding hard wood (e.g. beech, oak) and impregnating wood with copper, chromium or arsenic, mechanical paint removal, concrete grinding or protection against mold dust.
