The Yato Digital Soldering and Heat Gun Station is a versatile 2-in-1 soldering station that efficiently combines soldering and heat gunning into one device.

The station has a soldering iron power of 75W and a hot air blower power of 750W. The device's dual digital LED display, temperature control and numerous additional functions help to make precise solder joints. The station supports the 908D soldering iron, which is compatible with the popular 900M series interchangeable soldering tips, and a hot air blower with a brushless fan.

Yato Digital Soldering and Hot Air Station YT-82458 is equipped with ESD-safe technology, which ensures that no excess static electricity builds up in the device housing. This feature is especially important when working with sensitive SMD circuits, as it significantly reduces the risk of damaging these components with static electricity. ESD-safe technology ensures a safe working environment for electronics, protecting both devices and users.

This 2-in-1 soldering and heat gun station heats up quickly, allowing you to work efficiently. The soldering station reaches an operating temperature of 350°C in about 15 seconds, while the heat gun module heats up in about 10 seconds. The fast heat-up time means you can start working almost immediately, making the station ideal for busy workshops and fast-paced projects.

The flow rate of the hot air blower can be adjusted with a stepless regulator. The 4 different shaped tips included in the package allow the hot air mass to be shaped and precisely targeted according to the shape of the object to be heated. The maximum flow rate of the blower is 120L/min.

Temperature Stabilization Function

This function allows the user to maintain a preset temperature at different heat requirements of the soldering tip to achieve a perfect solder joint, as the size of the soldering tip and the area to be soldered affect the amount of heat the tip emits. Using the built-in tip temperature sensor, the device continuously reads its actual value and compares it with the set temperature. As needed, it increases or decreases power consumption to maintain the set temperature.

Hibernation function

The sleep mode function allows the soldering station to enter a sleep mode, which automatically lowers the operating temperature to 200°C. This reduces unnecessary heating of the soldering iron, which significantly extends its service life. The model YT-82458 automatically enters a sleep mode after 10 minutes of user inactivity.

Automatic Cooling function combined with Hibernation function

The automatic cooling function of the hot air module cools the nozzle to 100°C and then goes into hibernation mode. After finishing work, the user should place the handle in a plastic holder with a built-in sensor activation element. The nozzle is then cooled and automatically goes into hibernation mode. Lifting the handle from the holder automatically activates the hot air module to the preset parameters.

Sensor Fault Detection Function

This function enables automatic diagnostics of the device's electronic systems, which is essential for the proper operation of the device. The soldering station performs a self-test when the power button is turned on and displays an error message if problems occur.
